Decades ago, many delis had special counter people on staff to hand-cut their meat. Today, only a rare few do it; the age of the mechanical cutter has taken over most of these institutions. Langer’s is different; we hand-cut our pastrami the old fashioned way, preserving the steamed-in juices so that you experience a one-of-a-kind taste in every bite.
