Ah, the Langer’s #44. So amazing and yet so simple. How do we do it? Start with the world’s best cuts of pastrami, literally available nowhere else, trimmed perfectly, brined, aged, rubbed with choice herbs and spices, smoked and then steamed for hours for true tenderness you won’t find in any other pastrami sandwich. Pile it high on double-baked rye, add fresh sauerkraut and nippy cheese, and grill it to perfection before delivering it hot, juicy and delicious to your table here at Langer’s Deli.
