Because we steam our pastrami for hours, there’s only one way to cut it properly: by hand. It’s a rare skill to hand-cut pastrami, which is why you don’t see most places do it (they use cutting machines, instead). Hand cutting is just one way that Langer’s Deli creates a better and more flavorful pastrami for you to enjoy.
